This Privacy Policy describes how Pixalchemy Experience Design LLP and its affiliates (collectively "Pixalchemy Experience Design LLP", "we", "our", "us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website https://amplifai.design/ (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.
We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship and related information provided from time to time. Some of the information that we may collect includes but is not limited to personal data/information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID and/or any such information shared as proof of identity or address.

You always have the option to not provide information, by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Platform.
We may track your behaviour, preferences, and other information that you choose to provide on our Platform. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. We will also collect your information related to your transactions on Platform and such third-party business partner platforms.
When such a third-party business partner collects your personal data directly from you, you will be governed by their privacy policies. We shall not be responsible for the third-party business partner's privacy practices or the content of their privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information.
If you receive an email, a call from a person/association claiming to be Pixalchemy Experience Design LLP seeking any personal data like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such information. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
We publish a Figma plugin, AI Readiness Score ✦ Amplifai, on the Figma Community. This section describes exactly what that plugin does and does not collect, and it takes precedence over the general statements above for anything you do inside the plugin.
Your design file is never uploaded. The scan runs entirely on your own machine through the Figma Plugin API. Your layers, components, variables, text content, images and file structure are read in memory to compute a score and are never transmitted to us or to any third party. We hold no copy of your design, at any point, and there is no server that could receive one.
What is sent, and only if you choose to send it. The plugin shows an optional email form to unlock the full breakdown. If, and only if, you submit that form, the following is sent to our endpoint at amplifai.design/api/subscribe:
What is deliberately not sent. We do not transmit the name of your Figma file, the file key, your Figma user account, your team or organisation, the names of any layers or components, or any content from the design. We considered sending the file name and chose not to, because file names often contain client names and unreleased product names. If you never submit the email form, the plugin makes no network request at all.
Stored locally. The plugin remembers your email address and your light or dark theme preference using Figma’s clientStorage, which lives on your own machine so you are not asked again on every scan. You can clear it at any time by triple-clicking the score number, which deletes the stored address.
Where it goes and how long we keep it. Submitted email addresses are stored in our Supabase database and used to send you material about the AMPLIFAI masterclass and related resources. We do not sell them and we do not share them with advertisers. To have your address removed, email asishsunny@pixalchemyxd.com and we will delete it.
The plugin declares network access to amplifai.design only, which you can verify in its manifest. It contains no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people read before they enrol. Google sets cookies and receives standard analytics data — approximate location, device and browser, and pages viewed. Google's practices are described in their privacy policy. The same Analytics property also covers superjobs.design, so a visit that moves between the two sites is counted as one session.
If you are in the UK or EU, Analytics does not load at all until you accept it on the banner shown on your first visit. Decline and no Google cookie is ever set, and the site works exactly the same. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and shared with superjobs.design; clear site data to be asked again. You can also use Google's browser opt-out at any time.
