Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if access to the digital course content has already been provisioned.
Pixalchemy Experience Design LLP does not accept cancellation requests for digital products once course access has been granted, unless the user establishes that the service delivered is materially different from what was described.
In case you feel that the product/service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of purchase. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any refunds approved by Pixalchemy Experience Design LLP, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Delivery Policy

Amplifai is a digital course. Upon successful payment, access to the course will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Course access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment, or on the course start date (whichever is later). Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
